The Aztec Rugby Foundation, (The Foundation), is a newly formed Public Benefit Corporation, Incorporated in the state of California. The Foundation is organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. We are exempt from Federal Income Tax as a non profit 501 (C) (3). All donations to The Foundation are tax deductible.

The Foundation’s main purpose is to develop, foster and support rugby at San Diego State University.

The Foundation’s stated bylaw objectives are:

1. Development and management of resources for the support of the San Diego State University Rugby Program.

2. Development and management of scholarship, networking and academic enhancement programs.

3. Promotion and Protection of rugby at San Diego State University.

4. The implementation and monitoring of fundraising to assure the continuation of the San Diego State Rugby Program.

By Laws Our vision is to help create a world class rugby program at SDSU by building an endowment fund that will provide Aztec Rugby players with resources to compete at the Division I level. The Foundation also acts
as a professional resource where current Aztec Rugby players and generations of Aztec Rugby alumni can correspond and network with each other.

We strive to enhance the relationship between Aztec Rugby, San Diego State University
and the surrounding community.
